AI-powered proposal review
Know your proposal's weakest section before the donor does
Upload your proposal and the RFP, ToR, EoI, or grant guidelines it was written for. Within two hours you receive a structured audit report: six scored criteria, a gap analysis, a top risk flag, and a full rewrite of your weakest section.
What we assess
Six criteria, each scored 1 to 9
Every audit covers six dimensions. The first five apply the published standards of the selected donor framework. The sixth checks how well your proposal actually responds to the specific call it was written for: the RFP, ToR, EoI, or grant guidelines you upload alongside it.
Evaluation design
Logic model coherence, theory of change clarity, and measurability of indicators.
Feasibility
Realism of the timeline, budget-activity alignment, and team capability evidence.
Ethics
Data protection provisions, informed consent procedures, and safeguarding measures.
Stakeholder engagement
Participation strategy, beneficiary voice mechanisms, and partner coordination plan.
Learning integration
Adaptive management provisions, knowledge-sharing plan, and evidence use commitments.
RFP / ToR alignment
How directly and completely your proposal responds to the specific requirements, evaluation criteria, and priorities stated in the call document you upload.
Request for Proposal (RFP), Terms of Reference (ToR), Expression of Interest (EoI), grant guidelines, call for applications, or any document that sets out the specific requirements and evaluation criteria for this opportunity. If you have one, upload it. If you do not have one, leave that field blank and we will audit against the selected donor framework only.
What the report includes
Frameworks we audit against
USAID
Aligned to the ADS Chapter 200 series, USAID Evaluation Policy, and standard BAA and RFA evaluation criteria.
World Bank
Aligned to the World Bank Operational Policy on Investment Project Financing and the SORT risk scoring framework.
FAO
Aligned to FAO project formulation guidelines and the MOPAN assessment dimensions used across UN system evaluations.
Other donor frameworks on request. Contact info@nateafrica.org to confirm before ordering.
Transparent pricing
USD 1 per page. No hidden fees.
Count the pages in your proposal. That is the price, subject to a minimum of USD 20 and a cap of USD 80. The RFP or ToR you upload is not counted toward the page total.
Price examples
Page count is based on the submitted proposal only. Annexes and cover pages count. The RFP or ToR does not. If you are unsure of the count, upload the documents and note your estimated count in the form — we will confirm before charging.
Add-on: 30-minute revision clinic
Revision clinic via Zoom
After receiving your audit report, book a 30-minute Zoom session with a Nate Africa principal. We walk through the findings, answer your questions, and agree on the priority revisions to make before your submission deadline.
✓ USD 120 credited against future proposal writing work if you hire us.
If you commission us to write or substantially revise your next proposal, the USD 120 clinic fee is deducted from that invoice. The clinic pays for itself when you win the grant.
The process
Four steps from upload to report
Upload your documents
Use the secure upload form below. Upload your proposal (PDF or Word) and, if you have one, the RFP, ToR, EoI, or grant guidelines. Select your donor framework and enter your page count.
Pay to confirm
After uploading, select a payment method and complete payment. The two-hour clock starts when both the upload and the payment are confirmed. You receive an acknowledgement email immediately.
We run the audit
Our team reviews your proposal against all six criteria. Where you have supplied an RFP or ToR, we score your proposal's alignment to that specific call document, not just the generic framework.
Report delivered
Your PDF audit report arrives by email. It includes all six scores, the gap analysis, the top risk flag, and a rewrite of your weakest section. Reply to book the optional Zoom revision clinic.
